Key Responsibilities:

* Set clear QHSE objectives and performance targets.

* Monitor and assess QHSE performance metrics.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues.
* Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
* Manage and coordinate QHSE teams and resources.
* Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure compliance with relevant national and international regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
* Identify, assess, and mitigate QHSE risks.
* Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, regulators, and communities.
* Communicate effectively on QHSE matters and promote a positive QHSE culture.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in QHSE processes and systems.
* Implement innovative solutions to enhance QHSE performance.
