Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop, present, and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and industry trends.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and campaign updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Support the development of new business proposals and participate in client pitches as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field.
