Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop, present, and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and industry trends.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and campaign updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Support the development of new business proposals and participate in client pitches as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open office environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Strong negotiation and client service orientation.
