Job Description
- Preparing and sending a request for quotations to suppliers and contractors after obtaining the work estimation, technical specifications and business parameters of the project.
- Evaluate the quotations of suppliers and contractors technically and financially and choose the best prices according to comparisons approved by the Director of the Technical Office for Electromechanical Works
- Injecting new contractors and suppliers to the company and evaluating them to create competition that benefits the company in terms of quality of work and access to the largest financial return for the company 4. Evaluation of new and existing suppliers and contractors according to the company's policy and senior management
- Preparing materials to be submitted to the consultant for approval and follow-up approval according to the relevant comparisons from the Director of the Technical Office of Electromechanical Works
- Negotiate with suppliers on all items of the supply order, such as payment terms, date of supply and place of receipt of materials
- Follow-up with the Implementation Department to request receipt of inventory and requests for need within the specified period and in accordance with the approved documentary cycle 8. Prepare the supply order and contracts for the required materials and send it to the Documents Coordination Department for approval by all departments
- Follow up the supply order and contracts on the project record until approval by all concerned departments (cost management - legal affairs - auditing - accounts)
- Follow up the supply with the suppliers until the completion of the supply and installation until the initial delivery of the project 11. Reviewing the needs requests sent by the Projects Implementation Department in terms of technical description and quantities

- Review the extracts sent from the site to suppliers and contractors in terms of quantities, approved contract category, and implementation rates
- Attending and evaluating the technical tests that are carried out on the materials approved by the project owner and consultant
- Making orders for non-like items in the event that the owner and the consultant request the implementation of works outside the scope of the approved business assessment after receiving them from the site with a report or a written request from the engineer residing in the site
Job Requirements
- Experience from 5: 7 years
- Previous experience at construction companies
- Graduated from faculty of engineering
