Job Description
- Responds to guests’ communications, referral network concerning reservations
- Answer inquires by clarifying desired information
- Assist customers with bookings aspect of their queries
- Ensure hotel confirmation numbers follow up with the supplier or the hotel
- Update the agent with the final status of their booking
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience of Operations and reservation
- Excellent English language
