Job Description
- Create, monitor and drive conversation on all Social Media. Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
- Answer all inquiries through social media platforms
- Submit Monthly reports on each platform progress and compare it to our KPIs
- Engage with other content creators to drive traffic to our platform
- Create compelling communications to acquire, engage, and excite Zord Customers.
- Regularly engage with Zord Customer on Social Media Platform, encouraging discussion and engagement to contribute towards the growth of the community.
- Work with direct manager to develop, update, and execute community engagement calendar.
- Coordinate with Operations regarding customer complaints and returns
- Deliver regular community updates. Highlighting community sentiment and campaign performance.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback, consumer insights through close monitoring of community channels.
- Work closely with the direct manager to produce online content on a timely manner.
- Fulfill any other task required by Management
Job Requirements
- 6 years’ experience working with social media platforms. Preferably having worked in a marketing agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex information in a simple format.
- Experience in managing different social.
- Basic technical skills, such as HTML, Photoshop, knowledge of back-office tools for Web or Social Media.
- Ability to analyze game metrics, interpret data, and provide recommendations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and a positive attitude.
