- We are looking for someone well adept in content distribution, tactical in using different platforms to drive engagement and traffic and be able to ensure the brand’s personality always shines through.
- You'll have to design and animate text and graphics for videos from basic text callouts to more complex tracking and 3D work.
- You'll also design standalone animations and work across our other creative stuff.
- Manage community conversations and respond appropriately.
- Identity and work with social influencers and celebrities who fit with the developing brand
- Devise a social media strategy with the Digital Editor that increases engagement, referral traffic and following.
- Continue to evolve and adapt the project’s content strategy in line with changes in algorithms and emerging technology .
- Take responsibility for all social posts across all platforms and monitor wins via analytics using data to fine-tune the social strategy for maximum engagement.
- Identify trending messaging application news, and be able to write engaging social stories with must-read headlines.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a key sales and media position, preferably selling and marketing solutions to international and local clients
- Passionate about social media and messaging applications, and love keeping on top of the latest launches.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite of design programs such as Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experienced in creating engaging social media content for a brand or publisher
- Must come with experience in directly managing, recruiting and developing a sales and media team
- Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals "must". Such experience within the digital media space "great advantage"
- Experience independently building, pursuing and close a large pipeline of leads
- Excellent understanding of digital technology, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context.
- An ability to understand the difference between design formats, on screen RGB vs CMYK print process.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
- Pro-active approach to self-development and adapting to new ways of working and improvements in production techniques.
- As well as devise and execute a social strategy for an exciting new messaging application project to help develop and grow loyal users as well as traffic to the application.
- Also, presentation skills, as well as a strong curious and creative mind are required. Animation, illustration and After Effects skills are a bonus but not mandatory.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and to support the wider design team in developing creativity across a variety of briefs such as the creation of Key art imagery, brand development and implementation and trade event spatial design.
- Has an excellent design eye, a great showreel of motion graphics and a positive, upbeat attitude.
