Job Description

  1. Collect data on competitors’ marketing tactics, sales prices and product/service distribution.
  2. Gather and analyze data related to market conditions and consumer demographics.
  3. Research customers’ opinions, buying habits, preferences, wants and needs.
  4. Determine which products or services the customers enjoy the most and what they'd want our company to improve.
  5. Create and evaluate methods for gathering data, including surveys, interviews, questionnaires and opinion polls.
  6. Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising and communications programs.
  7. Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends, highlighting new initiatives and promotions opportunities.
  8. Reviewing marketing campaign results (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement) to improve campaigns
  9. Convert complex data findings into understandable text, tables, graphs and/or data visualizations
  10. Work with internal departments to present clear reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing analysis Construction industry is a must.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to easily change priorities, adapt rapidly and stay organized.
  • Attention to detail.
  • To have some prior experience working in:
    •  marketing research and statistics analysis
    • Branding and product promotion
    • Audience targeting and Consumer behavior
  • Good written and verbal communication is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business and management or another related field to work as a Market Research Analyst.
