Job Description
- Develop marketing analysis strategies and report points of strength and weakness and build strategies for marketing and advertising.
- Developing tactics to get the word out about our clinic and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Creating standardized marketing practices and procedures, and specific advertising to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Supervising and applying different techniques in event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting performance analysis, and branding.
- Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Planning and executing multi-channel social media (paid and organic) and digital advertising campaigns to drive specifically defined strategic objects.
- Maintaining & enhancing the organization’s brand, and devising brand strategies
- Budget Management: Forecast effectively, create a budget with input from senior leadership, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Working Conditions:
- 6 working days/ week.
Job Requirements
- With 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager in the medical field.
- Male/Female.
- Lives in 6 October city or El Sheikh Zayed city and nearby areas
- English fluency
- Leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), social media, and advertising.
- Extrovert, social, love people and wants to spread value.
- Microsoft Office.
