Job Description
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improve brand quality standard and maintain it
- Create reports to track progress by visiting the outlets for the evaluations with action and implement system in place
- Create a positive atmosphere for guest hospitality and relations
- Ensure employees receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations
- Reviews guest negative feedbacks results and other data to identify areas improvement.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management, QSR Chicken (International Chain).
- Basic Knowledge of MS office.
- Good written and verbal communication English skills.
