Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates
- Reports directly to HR manager
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling interviews ,assisting in interview process and onboarding
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-5 years as an HR Recruiter
- Knowledge of HR system and database
- Excellent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR Certifications is a plus
- Experience in mass hiring is highly recommended
