Responsibilities:

Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Address and eliminate impediments that require support from other teams and guide the team on how to remove impediments and provide appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels.
Manage risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure teams achieve their objectives keeping the team focused on their goals.
Monitor team performance and provide management with relevant insights into team performance (i.e burndown chart, team velocity).
Work with various stakeholders to handle backlogs and new requests.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the position of scrum master is a Must
Experience managing 2+ projects with more than one team per project
Experience in C# and .NET framework (ASP.NET, .NET Core) • JS framework (Angular) • Java framework (for web applications) • Xamarin forms for mobile applications
