Senior Instructional Designer

We are looking for a full-time Instructional Designer to develop learning experiences, including content creation, story-boarding, and visual description writing.

• Work with subject matter experts and analyze target audience.
• Develop compelling content and curriculum.
• Develop effective storyboards using attractive visualizations and instructional graphics.
• Integrates learning curriculum for courses and programs onto various learning platforms including e-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools.
• Develop & deliver courses that are learner-centered and user-friendly.
• Provide engaging exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives.
