Job Description

  • Managing expectations and the delivery of all services on the contract, making sure our teams are providing consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations and strategic objectives of the client
  • Identifying and developing appropriate opportunities to grow the business within the client organization, either by extending the scope of the contract that we have.
  • Complying with client, company, and legal requirements such as Health & Safety, ensuring the display of notices, first aid and accident reporting, achieving compliance with ISO standards
  • Engaging with the client's site contacts to ensure their involvement (inclusion and buy-in) in any project or change work
  • Ensuring all data and MI relevant to the accounts are shared, displayed and accurate in all aspects, to ensure accurate and timely billing monthly
  • Making sure the specified and correct standards of services are established and maintained and that any deficiency is reported and remedied promptly

Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications degree.
  • IT literate – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Working experience/Personal attributes

  • Proven experience of managing people within the Soft Services industry, ensuring that a team delivers on expectations
  • Previous background of liaising directly with the client and ensuring service levels and KPIs are met
  • Strong knowledge of Soft Services (Cleaning, Catering, and Security)
  • Experience of managing projects within a Facilities Management environment could work well in this role - desirable
  • Ability to influence Operational Managers
  • Able to devise action plans and implement
  • Knowledge of billing, raising purchase orders etc. - desirable
  • Good communication skills and able to build positive relationships with clients and work colleagues
  • Team player
  • Customer-focused and committed to the delivery
