Job Description
- Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of the compound(s) facilities and infrastructure systems including:
- Maintenance and operation department
- Cleaning department.
- Pest control department.
- Landscape and agriculture works.
- indoor and outdoor housekeeping activities
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety issues on site.
- Ensure all materials used and work performed according to specifications and approved.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Facility Management Company or Real Estate Developer is a must.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Maintenance & Operations.
- Facility Management Certificate is preferable.
- Business Management or Project Management degrees/certificates is a plus
