Job Description
- International and Domestic Tour operator
- Dealing with clients and interact with them via various channels:
phone, chat, email ..etc. - Closing sales with clients.
- Handling " international & Domestic packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours... etc.
- Develop Internal and External tours.
- Arranging Tailor Made / Fixed Outbound Packages.
- Handle the sudden circumstances of clients.
- Handling customer, searching quickly on effective ways for helping.
Job Requirements
- Punctual
- Willing to start immediately.
- Min 5 years’ Experience in the field of tourism.
- Strong basic computer skills.
- Having good communication with customers/suppliers and Hotels
- Highly Communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of key holiday and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and accept responsibility.
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Good Internet searching skills.
