Job Description
- Lead the aluminum production team to achieve on-time deliveries of quality aluminum products, the team includes fabrication and assembly using different profiles.
- Achieve the best optimization of the available material and eliminate wastes in different processes.
- Design a lean process flow in production line.
- Support technical office team to reach the best design for products during the design phase.
- Manage daily activities to maintain a safe work environment.
- Lead the Aluminum fabrication technical operations including all relevant functions of planning, manpower, sourcing, maintenance, quality …..etc.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in the field of Aluminum works in the construction market.
- Previous experience in different aluminium products with different profiles (windows, doors, wall cladding's,…etc.) is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to read, interpret and understand drawings for fabrication and assembly.
