Job Description
- Oversee patient activities and performance of the team.
- Maximizes patient experience by assisting the patient with understanding their financial obligations. Reviews and handles patient billing complaints Improvement.

- Contributes to putting plans in place to avoid recurrence and ensure improvements where necessary
