Job Description
- Apply reverse engineering cycle for heat exchangers and follow up the manufacturing process to produce aftermarket and OEM products.
- Working with sales team to develop custom products, transport HVAC-R systems, to meet customer’s needs.
- Working in local and international product and process projects, providing technical support to our customers until getting customer approval.
- Lead sample and pilot phase of the project, ensuring a successful project closure including the design, project documentations (drawings, BOMs, PPAP documents, simulations and test reports)
- Participating in quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Design, model, fabricate and test new prototypes in a thorough and timely manner.
- Participating in the quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Management / Coordination of technical product changes.
Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
- (1-3) years experience in product development function in Egypt.
- University degree in mechanical engineering.
- Fundamental knowledge of heat transfer, air conditioning and refrigeration systems is a MUST.
- Experience in CAD programs such as Solidworks, or PTC Creo and AutoCAD.
- Mastering of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable.
Preferable skills:
- Programing languages: MATLAB, or Python
- SQL
- Computational fluid dynamics “CFD”
- Finite Element Analysis “FEA”
- Engineering Equation Solver “EES”
