Job Description
Advertisement:
1 Campaigns:
- Liaise with the graphic designer/agency/… and follow up on creative briefs as launched by the Communication Manager
- Brainstorm on creative ideas as briefed by the Communication Manager
- Implement & follow up strategy internally or with advertising agency
- Monitor projects and deadlines
- Assist in evaluating the impact of campaigns
2 Media Insertions:
- Prepare advertising schedules for each publication as requested by the Communication Manager
- Coordinate all advertising bookings for each magazine
- Ensure that all advertising is consistent with GlobeMed Egypt's image
- Communicate with Graphic Designer the layout and production of advertising
- Provide Chief Business Officer with prompt monthly information, including press advertisements, magazines and rates updates
- Follow-up of ad’s publication and collect feedback and prepare competitors ads monitoring
- Supervise the collection of the publications and archive press cuttings
- Monitor all media activities relating to the competition
- When possible, collect all public printed materials relating to the competition
3 Corporate events:
- Prepare list of invitation
- Prepare and distribute invitation cards (if need be)
- Select appropriate locations and prepare site according to the Communication Manager brief and requirements.
- Contact media people of database update
- Supervise smooth implementation of the events
- Supervise gathering of confirmations
Corporate Mailing Lists:
- Update the database for mass communication necessities
Digital:
- Liaise with the various departments to gather information to be used for digital platform.
- Liaise with website developers to implement changes on the website and other different platforms
