Job Description

For a health care company, the following main duties are needed:

  • To coordinate projects across the company to determine project objectives and timetable and to ensure that all objectives are met
  • Maintain regular contact with operational managers and external contractors to define the scope of projects and the resulting implementation plans.
  • Define, in consultation with operational managers, the benefits, costs, key result areas and success criteria for defined projects.
  • Define project stages and the objectives and costs associated with each stage.
  • Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and negotiate the release of these resources with operational managers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner

Job Requirements

The job requires:

  • Proven skills in analyzing business processes
  • Thorough knowledge of project management techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels within the company and with external customers and suppliers;
  • Experience of managing interdisciplinary teams;
  • Experience of using project management tools;
  • Excellent organizational skills.
