Job Description
- Receiving the CRM Training request, follow up on the approval, and proceed with the booking of the airline ticket and hotels as per company guidelines and policies.
- Issuing and renewing employees’ travel insurance.
- Receiving and following up on hardware purchase requests (laptop, mobiles, etc)
- Formal Documents renewal Log (Trade License, Professional License, Chamber of Commerce, etc) and maintain the filing system.
- Maintaining the ISO Documents master list.
- Ensuring all required stationery and office supplies are available in place
- Arrange hotels, airline tickets, and visas for guests as required and after confirming the proper approval.
- Issuing monthly reports (bills, travels, etc)
- Following up on all the lease contracts (New office, Warehouse, Lab, Maintenance Center, Car Parking) on a monthly basis.
- Arranging car reports every 15 days.
- Providing Support for the Sales Team (Tenders, Letters, Faxes, etc)
- Organize and prepare meeting schedules for various departments
- Following up the courier’s schedule ensuring shipments delivery in a timely manner
- Managing events as assigned
- Following up PACA on a monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration or a related field may be preferred
- 3+ years of experience in entry-level positions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- Previous experience with an ability to learn to use common office equipment, such as modern phone systems, fax machines, and copy machines
