Job Description
This position’s main responsibility is to conduct software projects in banking/Insurance sector.
Person involved in this position will be involved in the following activities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Create analysis documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS), software test cases and design wireframes and System and user documentation.
- Patriciate in Scope collection, Sizing and proposal writing
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
- Participate in analysis, design and architectural phases.
- Break projects into doable actions and set time frames.
- Follow up tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress to project manager and stakeholders
- Act as Product Owner/Scrum Master between client and assigned teams on the project.
- Support in their standup meetings and backlog, ensure their understanding for project deliveries and timelines.
- Engage with prospective and current clients throughout product requirements elicitation, analysis, design, development, and delivery.
- Constantly seeking ways to improve the development process and to deliver better value to the customer.
- Report to project manager and senior management
Job Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience working in software company/house
- Leadership Skills.
- Time Management.
- Analytical Skills.
- Technical background in software development or testing.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record of managing and delivering a software project in a product's environment
- Good knowledge of using TFS and Jira
- Perfect Knowledge of using Microsoft Project Tools
- Understanding of CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery) principles is a plus
- Certification as a project management professional (PMP) is also a plus.
