Job Description
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
- Write, format, edit, review, and proofread technical documents for different projects.
- Communicate highly complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Support Financial team by providing the consumption reports related to different customers from different vendors
- Keep track of all the licenses consumption changes for all customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.
- Good understanding of different licensing models.
- Excellent Documentation & Reporting skills.
- Experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Proven working experience in technical writing.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command in English.
