Job Description
Summary
We are looking to hire an Personnel and Governmental Relations Officer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel activities, mainly dealing with government authorities, such as labour and social insurance offices, and building a strong relationship with them.
Responsibilities
- Supporting all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as the labour office and social insurance authorities, and building a strong relationship with them
- Carrying out outdoor tasks and activities with official authorities (e.g., labour and insurance offices(
- Assisting in the completion and updating of the periodical governmental forms required by the insurance and labour offices
- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labour law
- Communicating and following up with governmental entities
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in law
- 2+ years of experience in personnel.
- Experience with insurance and labour offices is a plus
