Job Description
- Receives the project contract from the client
- Studies the contract technically and legally and reviews the contract with all the departments concerned
- Reviews all requirements and finds any comments, and negotiates with the client all conditions to reach the best conditions that are appropriate for the company.
- Reviews the terms of the contract with the managing director and takes approval
- Shows project details with project management
- Makes any adjustments or project
- Solves all contractual forms while the project is running
- Defines the rights of the company and the customer documented in the contract
- Performs other tasks assigned to him related to the job objectives and fields of work
Job Requirements
- Bachler Degree: Engineering
- Professional Certificates: CLAC/CCP
- Experience: • 3-5 years in same field
