Job Description

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Conduct research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback on implemented training programs.
  • Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
  • Develop strategic plan to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational growth
  • Responsible for promotions, transfers, and new hires.
  • Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions
  • HRM Certificate or HR Diploma is a MUST
  • Previous experience in retail is a Must
  • Problem Solving and Collaborating Skills
