Job Description
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Conduct research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback on implemented training programs.
- Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
- Develop strategic plan to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational growth
- Responsible for promotions, transfers, and new hires.
- Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Suggest new HR strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions
- HRM Certificate or HR Diploma is a MUST
- Previous experience in retail is a Must
- Problem Solving and Collaborating Skills
