Job Description
- Receive generated leads from Marketing Department Campaigns and different channels.
- Upload the leads to the system.
- Assign the leads to the sales team according to the sales strategy.
- Follow-up on sales activities and report it to the sales manager.
- Manage inventory and reservation system.
- Coordinate between departments to issue clients' contracts.
- File and archive contracts for units.
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
- Contacting developer’s agents to update data.
- Initiate commission reports for Brokers & Sales Team.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Arabic & English Language skills (Writing and Reading)
- Great command in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Presentable & a Team Player
- A Decision Maker & a Hard Worker.
- Experience in real-estate is a plus.
