Job Description

  • Receive generated leads from Marketing Department Campaigns and different channels.
  • Upload the leads to the system.
  • Assign the leads to the sales team according to the sales strategy.
  • Follow-up on sales activities and report it to the sales manager.
  • Manage inventory and reservation system.
  • Coordinate between departments to issue clients' contracts.
  • File and archive contracts for units.
  • Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
  • Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
  • Contacting developer’s agents to update data.
  • Initiate commission reports for Brokers & Sales Team.
  • Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Arabic & English Language skills (Writing and Reading)
  • Great command in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Presentable & a Team Player
  • A Decision Maker & a Hard Worker.
  • Experience in real-estate is a plus.
