Job Description
- Receive invoices from the delivery coordinator and implement them according to their priorities
- Review invoices data before receiving the goods
- Exchange and match the goods from warehouses with hard copies documents
- Deliver goods to the warehouse of the party
- Collect and deliver cash bills from the authorities to the safe
- Coordinate and follow-up with the maintenance engineer in the event of equipment delivery
- Return the invoices to the delivery coordinator after the supervisor's review, approved by the agency
- Communicate with involved sales team in the event of returned goods and return them to the company's store
- Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.
- Inform the coordinator or supervisor in case of any obstacles that affect the process to solve them
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years experience in the same position.
