Job Description
- Responsible for plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, loading, packing, labeling, and maintaining and supervise inventory counting.
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
- Supervise the timely dispatches & Accuracy of the qty mentioned in each delivery.
- Controlling Receiving FG from Production and follow up by batches and ensure receiving complete batches on time.
- Control the accuracy of the inventory.
- supervise the segregation for (Slow Moving / Near-Expiry) and ensure hygiene for all locations.
- Supervise the SKU batches on SAP and verify the same physically
- Controlling and supervise all WH parties (GMP).
- supervise all deliveries for damage or variance reports.
- Normal working conditions in the factory of the company
- Working hours: 08:30 Hours including 60 minutes break
Location: Factory of Dabur, Egypt, 10th of Ramadan City.
Days off: Friday and alternative Saturday’s every week
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and any relevant degree from a reputable university.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience with warehouse management software and databases. - Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of Both Written & Spoken English language.
ERP skills (SAP).
