Job Description
- Manage projects from initiation.
- Installation of new machines and equipment.
- Establish, lead and motivate the Operations Team to carry out all tasks and deliverable according to agreed timelines and cost estimates.
- Chair and facilitate project status/design meetings, including brainstorming, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Team management including prioritization, delegation, and review of tasks deliverable
- Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines.
- Establish project pace to best meet project deliverable.
- Coordinate all project tasks and interdependence.
- Define, track, and report results of project milestones and success metrics through weekly, monthly reporting job requirements.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Background - electrical / mechanical
- 5-10 years of experience as a project manager
- Excellent command of English
- Project management skills
- Decision Making Skills
