Job Description
- Execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverable.
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as FSMS, QMS, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs.
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Implement company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
- Implement quality assurance systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with a reputable FMCG company in Egypt is preferable.
- Food background is a must.
- Awareness certification ISO 9001 & 22000 is a Must.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor & 22000 certificates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- V.good computer skills (Word-Excel-Visio).
- V.good problem solving.
- Good analytical skills,
- Good leadership skills.
- Quality-oriented.
- Obour residence or near by is highly preferred.
