Job Description
- Accurately quote and source pricing for required orders and contracts
- Follow up the quotations with customer until receiving the purchase orders & invoices.
- could handle the call professionally with the customer.
- Support with proposal preparation and negotiation of contracts and orders.
- Validate materials requirements and manufacturing orders releases.
- Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report
- Ensure that sales are supported by good customer service and efficient use of the customer database.
- Revise the quantity of the Performa Invoice that are received from our supplier to make sure that both of purchase order & Performa invoice are matching.
- Resolve order-related problems, discrepancies, and customer-related issues with our sales and product support teams.
- Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Receive inquiries from customers regarding the products they need and prepare the quotation for the items they select.
- Handle the daily schedule of the messengers and drivers and distributing orders and invoices among them to be delivered to the customers on time.
- Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Perform other duties and other special projects as required.
Job Requirements
Required qualification and experience:
- Minimum University Degree is accepted.
- Experience` in sales or/and customer service is a must.
- 1 : 2 years of experience at similar position.
- Preferable to be from 10th of Ramadan or Shorouk
The required skills:
- Mastering English Language.
- Mastering computer skills (word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook)
- Effective communication skills
