Job Description
We are an e-commerce fashion brand based in Egypt. Your main job will be to ensure that every single order that is placed through our system reaches its designated customer on time by following up & tracking orders from start to finish to ensure a 100% Delivery Rate Success.
- Following & Tracking all orders to ensure they have been fulfilled from our warehouse, have been received by our shipping company(s) , and are delivered to our customer on time.
- Contacting Customers and Solving issues related to delays in Shipments ( Such as Customers not answering courier calls, Incorrect Address issues, Incorrect mobile number, etc)
- Following up with our shipping companies to solve any undelivered shipments to ensure a 100% Delivery Success Rate
- Contacting Customers who have RTO orders and attempting to ship them again to the customer.
- Tracking All exchange & Return orders/items and ensuring that they have been returned to our warehouse.
- Ensuring all Cash On Delivery Orders money has been paid to the couriers and marking them as paid in our system
- Updating all international orders with the appropriate DHL tracking numbers to be sent to the customer
Job Requirements
- Must be Fluent in English and Arabic
- Must have at least 3 years experience in e-commerce shipping/logistics
- Experience with shopify platform is highly preferred
- Excellent communication with shipping company account manager, our operations/warehouse team, and with the customer service department.
