- Perform troubleshoot and resolve all Pc’s Issue
- Provide technical support to company and assist in proper usage of computer networks.
- Supervise software installation tools, improve and update software package.
- Coordinate with IT management board to discuss all users' requirements and how to deal with
- Ensure compliance to all computer application process and related programs.
- Maintain IT based technology and recommend improvement to technological devices.
- Monitor and manage the network performance, security reliability, and accessibility.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
- CCNA Certified
- Experience: 2+ years
- Hands on experience in networking and switching
- Experience with firewalls, rules, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- A good information for pc’s issue and how to troubleshooting
