Job Description

  • Perform troubleshoot and resolve all Pc’s Issue
  • Provide technical support to company and assist in proper usage of computer networks.
  • Supervise software installation tools, improve and update software package.
  • Coordinate with IT management board to discuss all users' requirements and how to deal with
  • Ensure compliance to all computer application process and related programs.
  • Maintain IT based technology and recommend improvement to technological devices.
  • Monitor and manage the network performance, security reliability, and accessibility.

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CCNA Certified
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Hands on experience in networking and switching
  • Experience with firewalls, rules, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
  • A good information for pc’s issue and how to troubleshooting
