Job Description
Summary of Position
- The Tendering Engineer will be a key member of the Tendering team responsible for coordinating and tendering formal responses to business opportunities
Job Description:
- Coordinating/managing formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotations (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Read and analyze shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review project design data, technical drawings, specifications and plans
- Check drawings for conformity and accuracy
- Provide accurate pricing for the different projects
- Receive, review, disseminate tasks and follow up to ensure timely, accurate and fully responsive proposals are tendered.
- Document leads and opportunities
Job Requirements
- Engineer or Architect
- Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous
- Strong analytical and engineering skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, Outlook
- Excellent command of English language: reading, writing and speaking
- Excellent mathematical skills
