Job Description

Diamond Motors – Mitsubishi Egypt is hiring (Area Sales Representative)

Job Description:

Acts as primary contact for major dealers in area to improve brand presence and achieve corporate sales objectives in the nominated market area.

The ASR supports dealers in achieving their retail sales target and support customer handling objectives. He shall be able to analyze dealer operations, identifies areas in need of improvement,

makes recommendations for corrections of problems and coordinates implementation of solutions and strategies that contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Job Functions:

  • Supports company in achieving set targets for wholesale of vehicles to authorized dealers and support them in achieving their retail sales goal
  • Monitors dealer's sales operation , facility and assure compliance with company standards , report any discrepancies to company sales manager
  • Works closely with dealer’s management to correct deviation of standards and procedures with schedule reporting to his direct manager.
  • Works with dealership personnel and company vehicle distribution staff in the allocation and ordering of vehicles to meet retail/wholesale objectives.
  • Acts as primary contact between the company and the dealer in communicating corporate policies, procedures, reporting and new programs.
  • Monitors and evaluates customer handling , assists dealers in developing a strategy to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supports dealer and the company activities such as dealer advertising groups, auto shows, and other activities to effectively promote the brand and increase awareness of models.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of long and short-term marketing , promotions, and retail sales plans with dealer management.
  • Coordinates or provides in-dealership training for achieving overall customer satisfaction, and dealer staff knowledge and understanding of products and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor competition and report regularly competitors’ best practices and possible opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Knowledge and Skill:

  • Intermediate to comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of dealership operations including vehicle sales & distribution and  related specialized marketing, advertising and promotions, customer satisfaction survey, index (SSI) process and reports.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Good analytical skills, relationship building skills, results orientated with ability to influence, or effect change perseverance.

Experience:

  • Five to 7 years of directly related professional-level experience, including experience in retail sales or distribution, or as office staff in sales and marketing with direct dealer contact Experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Computer Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office , spreadsheet, other PC applications
