Job Description
- Receiving the monthly plan from the head of departments according to their needs.
- Responsible for sending the quotations and the selected one of them with the supplying order to the Cost controller.
- Buying the best quality ingredients, equipment, goods, and services for the food operation at the best price.
- Following up with the store to make sure that we received the selected items from our vendors
- Responsible for PO's issuing.
- Following up with finance to make sure that the check is delivered on time.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills
- Prior experience working with suppliers and resources within the Pastry division
- Minimum 3-5 years in purchasing restaurants' equipment and all non-food items.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Males Only.
