Job Description
- Installs and maintains all software.
- Maintains all software and hardware licensing.
- Windows installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
- Provides day to day helpdesk support.
- Handles user accounts, creates, updates and removes access as necessary.
- Troubleshoots errors and fixes system issues via periodic testing and help desk tickets.
- Creates and maintains software and hardware inventories.
- Follows up on new IT Purchase requests.
- Provides phone and remote support for end users.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience in the same title.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication Skills.
- MCSA or CCNA is preferred.
- Hurghada residents are preferable.
