Job Description
- Handling and Escalating Critical & Major incidents and events that affect live Network.
- Solving/Closing Trouble Tickets & Handling incoming Requests.
- BSS NEs related alarms handling.
- Conducting daily Healthy Checks and Site Survey Reporting on the concerned Modules.
- Review, Implement and test new Customer Business Changes.
- Testing new packages & new tariffs implemented on the system.
- Write and track error reports in your functional area.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) documents
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Language: Arabic / English
- Computer: Linux/Unix, SQL DB, Microsoft Office
- Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of UNIX Operating System and environment.
- Good knowledge of Database, preferably Oracle
- Good Knowledge about Networks fundamentals (IP networks) and GSM Networks
