Job Description

  • Handling and Escalating Critical & Major incidents and events that affect live Network.
  • Solving/Closing Trouble Tickets & Handling incoming Requests.
  • BSS NEs related alarms handling.
  • Conducting daily Healthy Checks and Site Survey Reporting on the concerned Modules.
  • Review, Implement and test new Customer Business Changes.
  • Testing new packages & new tariffs implemented on the system.
  • Write and track error reports in your functional area.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) documents

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Language: Arabic / English
  • Computer: Linux/Unix, SQL DB, Microsoft Office
  • Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience 
  • Good knowledge of UNIX Operating System and environment. 
  • Good knowledge of Database, preferably Oracle
  • Good Knowledge about Networks fundamentals (IP networks) and GSM Networks
