Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and passionate technical recruiter. The successful candidate will be able effectively source candidates, sell candidates on new opportunities. You will also be able to multi-task, have an entrepreneurial mindset, be someone who can find solutions to problems on their own, and work in a real-time environment where priorities change regularly.
  • In order to be a successful recruiter at Profolio, you have to be able to recruit. That’s right, we said it! Recruiting is not just keyword matching or throwing together a Boolean search, but actually being able to talk to candidates about what they are looking for in their next career move. As a recruiter at Profolio, you will be armed with actual information from our clients that you can talk to candidates about. Not a bunch of technical jargon, but what companies actually do as a business and why people would want to go and work for them.

Job Requirements

  • You like denim – yes, we dress casually so if you are a suit & tie kind of person, we aren’t for you
  • Competitive personality – we like people who played sports or has that competitive edge to always get better
  • People like you – to be a special recruiter, you have to get all types of people to like and trust you
  • You can write without using “words” such as LOL, BRB, LMAO – professionalism in all forms of communication make for successful recruiters
  • Independent go getter – if you want someone to count your calls or log your phone time, you will have to find a different recruiting firm
  • Understanding of sourcing methodologies to locate, access and find the best candidates for technology professionals
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in recruiting
  • You like money $$! – we have an uncapped commission structure, and reward producers in the best way possible (by giving them the opportunity to make great money)
  • Technology background and experience is preferred
