Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling & Basis Administration “Roles, Users Maintenance only”)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Act as liaison with business users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems.
- Document functional test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Job Requirements
- BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalents
- (3 – 5) Years of experience
- Very good English skills
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting ”FICO Modules & SAP Basis Roles, Users Maintenance only”.
- Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM.
- Experience in 2 or more of the following end user support in SAP (MM, SD, PM, PP, PS and QM) Modules are preferred.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
