Job Description

  • Perform moderately complex to difficult secretarial and clerical duties.
  • Compose correspondences, prepare routine reports, schedule meetings or appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements for all management staff.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, and maintain a well-synchronized filing system.
  • Support the operation staff in performing any required secretarial assignments.
  • Share in preparation of different reports to the higher management.
  • Handle different meetings and exhibitions inside and outside the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate should be fluent in English.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Resident prefer Nasr City or Heliopolis.
  • Female only
