Job Description
- Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area
- Identifying valuable emerging markets
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and year end goals
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base
- Oversees the operating performance of and compliance of current sales team
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales.
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals

Job Requirements
- 10 to 15 years’ experience at least 5 years in Information Technology Field
- Excellent in written and spoken English with strong drafting skills.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite,
