Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and year end goals
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base
  • Oversees the operating performance of and compliance of current sales team
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share 
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales.
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Increasing client base

Job Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years’ experience at least 5 years in Information Technology Field 
  • Excellent in written and spoken English with strong drafting skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite,
  • Highly Skilled in Managing and develop Teams
