Job Description
- Prepares instructions for monitoring operations as well as registration forms to implement instructions and behavior when there is diffraction.
- Review the daily report of the results of the monitoring operations to raise it to the highest authorities and to ensure the achievement of quality.
- Follows up and reviews the implementation of operations monitoring operations to ensure quality.
- Review control plans for processes affecting the quality of parts and products and monitor implementation to ensure quality is achieved.
- Monitor the monthly cost of your costs for different departments as one of the performance indicators for improvement to ensure quality is achieved.
- Analyzes the defects of the data of the results of daily samples for classification to determine the degree of deviation.
- Analyze the results of observation and measurement to determine the degree of deviation.
- Calculates the capacity of the measurement system for the observational descriptive variables by means of an account (Pmiss, Pfa, Bias) to ensure the achievement of quality.
