Job Description
- Responsible to issue and maintain stock documents.
- Conduct monthly stock count and compare results with ERP inventory.
- Receive shipments and make that match with PO.
- Upon receiving materials; assign storage location based on availability and update ERP system.
- Inspect new shipments upon arrival and share the status report with Warehouse manager (share samples with quality for testing based on material type/ with technical team for equipment.
- Review work environment KPIs with warehouse keeper (keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area, QA storage requirements) to ensure compliance with warehouse regulations
- Regular daily check of emails or ERP system for new Process Orders.
- Print out a warehouse release form for materials pickups.
- Check with Sales team stocks prioritization before transfer confirmation to branches
- Attend the warehouse meeting to provide inventory counts and receiving capacity plan with the warehouse leader.

Job Requirements
- Ability to update database sheet and KPI reports
- Loss of identification and problem-solving skills
