Job Description
- Responsible for all finishing works, and maintains high quality standard.
- Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
- Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
- Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
- Responsible for the procurement plan.
- Responsible for site daily operations.
- Performs weekly & monthly reports.
- Provides architectural solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
- Previous experience as a Site Architect; mainly in Fit out and finishing.
- Previous years of experience in residential projects & hotels is a must.
- AutoCAD, Primavera, Photoshop, and 3D Max.
