About the company : 

We are a brand online store since 2015, we are growing and expanding very fast in the market.We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our great environment. Our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be a key contributor to growing our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Conduct calls and moderation tasks like answering the clients by using chats on the social media channels like Facebook and so on.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Handling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
  • Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as a secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • experience call center.
  • Mokattam residents
  • Fresh graduates can apply but must have high communication skills and must be from El-Mokattam pr nearby El mokkatm.
  • Soft Skills: Active - Smart - Problem Solver - flexible - Time management.
