We are a brand online store since 2015, we are growing and expanding very fast in the market.We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our great environment. Our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be a key contributor to growing our business.

Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Conduct calls and moderation tasks like answering the clients by using chats on the social media channels like Facebook and so on.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Handling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as a secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- BS/BA degree.
- experience call center.
- Mokattam residents
- Fresh graduates can apply but must have high communication skills and must be from El-Mokattam pr nearby El mokkatm.
