Job Description
- Design and improve the company HR policies that promote a healthy work environment;
- Set objects for the HR team and track progress;
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process;
- Lead onboarding/orientation of new employees;
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and ensure all inquiries and challenges faced by employees regarding their insurances are handled;
- Coordinate the performance evaluation process;
- Receive and log various grievances or complaints from employees and provide recommended solutions prior to forwarding complaints to management for review;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, business administration or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years' experience in developing and implementing HR strategy, policies, and programs; management experience in a large enterprise are highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of local HR practices, legal requirements, and labor regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills;
- Verbal and written working proficiency in English
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
